Cancellation Policy

We believe that the one on one consulting concept ensures the best possible result and consistent client satisfaction. We appreciate your cooperation in our efforts to provide the best consulting experience possible. Please arrive on time. When you need to cancel or reschedule we ask you to provide as much notice as possible. 24 hour notice is required when canceling appointments to avoid the full session fee. When clients provide less than 24 hours notice they agree to cover the full session fee of that late cancellation or missed appointment.
